The artist recently made Christiansburg home, leaving his native Baltimore and homelessness and heroin addiction behind with a restart through drawing and painting.

He has found painting on everything he can afford as essential through the darkest times of recovery. In his time off from work, he is selling his work at festivals and on Instagram, including apparel.

He spoke openly about the struggle with us in an interview at the 16 Blocks Studio in the Aurora.
